Available once per recruiting firm or corporate group, not once per recruiter, branch or candidate.

A real finalist:

The candidate should be a genuine finalist or placement-ready candidate for a real search, not a test profile created only to sample the service.

Up to three references:

The free assessment includes up to three completed references.

The entitlement is consumed when the report is completed:

If the candidate ultimately does not place, the firm still pays $0 for that first assessment, but the firm does not receive another initial free assessment.

After the free assessment:

Future Reference First Complete™ assessments are $399 per candidate, including up to three references and the full Hiring Signal Report™.
